Art and Flower Festival in June
We're delighted to be having a third East Church Art and Flower Festival from 11.00 - 4.00pm daily from Saturday 17th to Sunday 25th June.
And we're even more delighted that on the first weekend (17th and 18th June) you'll be able to visit Cromarty's Secret Gardens.
Both events are part of the ‘Great Get Together’ to commemorate the MP Jo Cox and celebrate all we have in common.
To reflect this theme of peace and unity the beautiful floral displays in the East Church, created by Evelyn Wilson and her team, will be white this year. Once again they will make the perfect complement to the diverse flower paintings by Julie Price’s talented art group.
The 17th and 18th June will also be gardens open days in Cromarty (11 -4 each day), with a stunning 30 gardens open to visitors.
Several of Cromarty’s secret gardens will available to enjoy a picnic with friends, neighbours and family as their part of the Jo Cox commemoration ‘Great Get Together’.
Admission to the gardens is by map which is available from the courtyard, East Wing Bellevue House, Church Street. The maps cost £3 for a day’s entry and £5 for a weekend pass.
Plants will be on sale in the courtyard and all proceeds from both the plant sales and the garden maps will go to Local Charities.
